Hello everyone!
We hope that you're all doing well and enjoying your start of the month. This week, we have an update that shows you some pages of the hardcover rulebook we're working on. It is clocking in at 368 pages, and, while that could change, it is a pretty good estimate of where we're at.
So let's take a look at it!
Above is a picture of the Game Rules chapter spread, right before diving into the rules. Below is a picture of another chapter spread, this time for the Earth Allegiances.
You may notice that the Guild is listed there. That's because we've decided to make them an Allegiance in their own right! While not available in this book (they will come available in the future, this book only has Thrace), they will be an option at some point in the future.
Last, but not least, is a page from the units section looking at Electrocutioners. This gives you an idea of the book layout, complete with stat cards, background information, and some notes on tabletop gameplay.
The BackerKit will close later this month, so make sure you're getting in there and filling out your information. The shipping costs will be added before it closes, and you'll have a good forewarning beforehand.
We are really excited to see this project continue to come along, and we hope you're looking forward to it as much as we are!
The Devouring Eel

Hello everyone!
Today I've got a few pictures of a new model for you, the Devouring Eel from the Gibbering Hordes. I put a few other models in the image for size purposes.
It's a big eel! It looks great, and I'm excited to start seeing it on the table.

4/18/17 - Cards Updated

Hello backers! I hope you're having an excellent Tuesday.
Just a few quick news items for you this week:
- The stat cards on the Wyrd website have been updated to their current playtesting rules. If you want to see how your units are shaping up but don't want to be in playtesting, this is a great time to go look. The core rules have not changed much, but I'm happy to answer any questions you have about how the core rules affect a card you're seeing.
- We are going to push back closing BackerKit into May. This will give us some extra time to get everything together.
- If you have not yet replied to the BackerKit e-mail, please do so! While you don't need to finalize everything yet, putting in some initial responses will help us figure out what our production numbers will look like.

April 11th - Some new models

Hey everyone,
I've got some images of some new models for you, but first...
Our current total is up over $413,000 and continues to climb. We generate new interest every day, and it's great to continue to see new people gain an interest in the game.
The playtest is going well, this week seeing some very minor adjustments to stat cards to bring everything in line. Testers are enjoying their games, so it's really just tightening the final bolts to lock it all in place.
Okay, onto what you've been waiting for!

March 31st - Adepticon Review

Hey everyone,
Wyrd had a great time at Adepticon last weekend, and we had a chance to show off the production models and gameplay to a whole lot of new players (including a number of Kickstarter backers).
It was great to demo the game and see the positive responses by all sorts of players. People were picking up the rules easily, allowing them to quickly move onto making better gameplay decisions. We can't wait to get out there again and show even more people!
You can find quite a number of pictures of models online at this point, but you can also check out this interview Aaron did with Beasts of War (sorry about the coughing!).
On a Kickstarter note, our total is now over $407,000, getting a nice increase from late pledges (thanks Adepticon!).
