Hello Backers -
An update to let you know that work continues on this end, as we were wrapping up building of some product we found an error. The factory is rushing the correction to us right now and we should have it in the days to come.
Next week we expect to start assembling the International orders and shipping them out to their appropriate fulfillment hubs. As they ship out a master tracking number will be provided so that we can watch the progress from here to there. As those hubs ship the direct orders individual orders will be updated with their tracking.
Domestic shipped will begin with the completion of all International.

Happy Friday!
Hello Backers, with more swearing and phone calls than any three companies (that's what it took to find our order) should have to do (a comedy of errors by the transport company - lost it in the town over from us for a few days) our last shipment has finally arrived. The warehouse is working on building the product as we speak!
International folks will be the first to have their orders shipped out. These will be shipped directly to the fulfillment hubs and then out to you. Once the international orders have shipped we will process all the domestic orders.
Updates will continue to follow as progress is made.

Hello Backers,
Happy Tuesday, hope those of you who had the chance were able to enjoy Labor Day!
Two main things to quickly touch base on. Regarding the translated rules and cards, by this afternoon you should have a link for the free download. Please check your Spam folder! It was sent to all supporters that are marked ready to ship. If you are not noted as ready to ship it could be for several reasons: missing address, unanswered survey, or missing payment information.
Secondly, frustration upon frustration ... Our last shipment didn't deliver today as it was stated to. Because of the holiday, it was caught in a shipping yard on the other side of the country. It is moving now, but it will be later this week or early next before we get it.
Getting the Kickstarter out to all of you is our priority, as we want nothing more than to see the game on the tables being enjoyed! We'll keep you posted with our progress next week.

Mid-week TOS Update

Happy Wednesday Backers!
A couple of quick things to keep all of you up to date. We are waiting on one more shipment, it has cleared customs and working its way here. With the holiday weekend coming up we don't expect to have it in till next week.
Once that shipment is here the warehouse will be tasked with getting the orders prepped for shipment. Looking forward to clearing out some space in the warehouse!! We will keep you all updated as to the status of packaging products and orders.
The second quick note, if you have already completed everything that was needed you will be sent an email late day tomorrow with a link to download the translated rules and cards of your choosing. We're very excited to be able to launch The Other Side to a wide market from the start. As a reminder, the rules and cards will be available for digital download in the following languages: English, Polish, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Russian.
Yes those go all the way to wall!

The warehouse is quickly growing smaller by the shipments coming in. We have just a few more due in soon. We will be processing the goods and assembling the orders as they stand on Backerkit.
Speaking of, you should have been contacted by Backerkit to finalize your shipping address, we will be downloading everything the beginning of the week so that we can process the orders accordingly. If you haven't already please log into your account and finalize everything.
We are down to a small handful of folks who have had an issue with their payment. Notifications have been sent, when you log into your account please verify that your order has been paid for.
