Friday's Update

Evening Folks,
We are now down to the last of the domestics, we have the warehouse team coming in tomorrow morning to make the final steps in order pulling. The goal currently is to have everything wrapped up by the middle of next week.
There are wide batches of orders being completed, again please note if your order is not being delivered domestically another notice will follow when we get the final tracking numbers from the shipping houses.
Lastly, a couple of house-cleaning topics. Any order that hasn't been able to be completed because of the following: unanswered survey, incomplete address, or failed final payment has been canceled. There is a small number of orders that completed the Kickstarter payment but have not completed one of those items. If you happen to be one of those individuals we will be reaching out to you directly.

Happy Friday!
Packages are arriving and there is excitement in the air. There are several quick things to cover to keep everyone in the loop.
International folks, orders are out the door and on the way to their appropriate shipping houses. As we get further updates from them and final tracking numbers we will be sending along additional notices.
Domestic orders are still a work in progress and we expect to be wrapped up with that soon. We will not have the warehouse work this weekend, so they can come back on Monday recharged and ready to do the last push.
Over the next couple of days, we will be doing big flushes of updating orders to complete, we are behind on that as the focus has been to get the orders out the door. Apologies for any concern this has caused.
As orders are delivered a couple of things to know. Your adjuncts are packed 3 to a box, so please open your boxes for the models. If you happen to have a mispack please contact us with the details so that we can get it sorted for you. We will be wrapping up all of the orders and then sort any of the fixes that are needed. One item that many of you will have coming in a separate shipment is the 40112 Field Intelligence Corps. We will send out notifications with tracking for those orders. They will be shipped out in the next couple of weeks.

Happy Friday -
Things are moving along at a good clip, we have the balance of the International Orders being picked up early next week and going on to their proper distribution point. We have moved on to the domestics and will be working this Saturday and into early next week to get those all wrapped up.
We thank you all once again for your patience and can't wait to see the product on the tables!

International Shipping Update

Evening Folks,
Wanted to let everyone know of the progress on this end. We are in the full swing of packing and shipping out the International orders, we will be updating everyone with many posts over the next few days while we wrap everything up.
First out the door will be all orders that were marked "Ready to Ship" meaning, all surveys were answered, address and payments received. Australia and New Zealand are wrapped up heading off to the freight forwarder and then on to the shipping house. We expect that the majority if not all of the International orders will be wrapped up by the weekend. Full updates will come as we have them.
We will be moving on to Domestic orders next week, as we're doing with the International's we'll make sure to update along the way.
